The famous blockchain data tracking platform, WhaleStats recently reported that SHIB surged to become the most traded crypto among the top 100 ETH holders, outpacing MATIC in the past 24 hours.

The interest in Shiba Inu has grown among major Ethereum investors, as tracked by WhaleStats. The top 100 ETH holders now hold a staggering $631,233,793 ($631.23M) worth of SHIB in their portfolios.

This increased interest has been fueled by hints from the lead developer about the potential launch of the Shibarium Layer 2 solution beta version. In addition to this, Shiba Inu’s popularity and acceptance in mainstream usage are growing. Recently, The London Lions, a UK basketball team partnered with the world’s leading crypto payment processor, BitPay to allow their fans to purchase merchandise and game tickets using Shiba Inu.
